Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent maze surgery for atrial fibrillation at each institution in 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: none

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To identify risk factors for atrial fibrillation recurrence based on the rate of atrial fibrillation avoidance in the first postoperative year.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To identify risk factors for the development of postoperative complications such as the presence or absence of stroke, pacemaker implantation rate, and the development of refractory postoperative supraventricular arrhythmias.
