Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students who visited the Tsukuba University Health Center
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with strong suicidal ideation or those diagnosed with severe depression or schizophrenia, who were deemed to be at high clinical risk, were excluded from the intervention.
