40 squats per day for 4 weeks and daily intake of 28g of protein. 40 squats per day for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men who are capable of demonstrating their free will with sufficient understanding and who do not have a regular exercise routine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with dairy allergies,swallowing disorder,muscle or joint pain. Female.
