Inclusion criteria: 1.20 years or older 2.Manager in small and medium-sized enterprises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Does not have any subordinates to command or give orders to. 2.Receiving treatment for a mental health disorder 3.Have been diagnosed or treated with a mental health disorder in the past 4.Have consulted an occupational health department at workplace or professional organization outside the workplace about mental health problems in the past
