Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with blunt splenic injuries who were transported to our hospital between 2018 and 2023

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows: failure to obtain consent for participation, patients presenting with cardiac arrest upon arrival, those who did not undergo contrast-enhanced CT, those who declined active treatment, or those who had missing data.
