Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Right-handed Inexperienced meditator No previous experience of hyperventilation or panic attacks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of neurological or mental illness. (2) Those with visual or hearing impairments that prevent them from performing tasks. (3) Those with a smoking habit.
