Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute coronary syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting, did not undergo PCI, or underwent PCI without OCT were excluded. Additional exclusion criteria were small vessels (<2.0 mm in diameter), extreme vessel tortuosity, and cardiogenic shock requiring mechanical circulatory support before PCI.
