Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: /Japanese Female /BMI<25 /Healthy adults /Subjects with psychological or physical problems before or after menstruation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: /Food allergy /Smokers /Supplement or health food users /Any other significant medical conditions /Pregnant or possibly pregnant /Receiving medication such as oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy /Subjects who are judged to be unsuitable for this study by the principal investigator.
