Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Sixteen years of age or older attending the Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Children's Psychiatry at Shinshu University Hospital (2) Diagnosed with OCD or ASD according to DSM-5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with mental retardation (intellectual disability) 2) Those with a primary psychiatric diagnosis other than OCD or ASD. (3) Those who are deemed inappropriate by the attending physician.
