Participants attend 15 sessions of the online Go program once a week for 30 minutes per session.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: nursing home regidents, 65 years of age or older, no previous experience playing the Go game, people who do not use tablet computers on a daily basis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: people who receive acute treatment for physhical and psychological diseases, people who are bedridden, people who have the clinical dementia rating slcale of 3.
