Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) FMS scores below 17, 2) absence of medical contraindications, and 3) absence of ethical contraindications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) unwillingness to continue participation in the exercises, 2) absence for more than one session, and 3) failure to complete the tests
