Inclusion criteria: (1) Nurses who joined the cooperating facility in April 2025 (2) Less than 1 year of work experience (3) Those who have responded to the questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses with at least two years of work experience (2) Those who did not respond to the questionnaire
