Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Class I, IIa, IIb indications of cardiac resynchronization therapy in JCS/JHRS 2019 guideline on non-pharmacotherapy of cardiac arrhythmias, JCS/JHRS 2021 guideline focused update on therapy of cardiac arrhythmias, and 2023 HRS/APHRS/LAHRS Guideline on Cardiac Physiologic Pacing for the Avoidance and Mitigation of Heart Failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <20 years old at time of implantation
