Inclusion criteria: 1.Residing in Hyogo Prefecture. 2.Aged 20 years or older. 3.Individuals who have a sufficient understanding of the research content and have provided informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily. 4.Individuals who are able to respond to the questionnaire with their own or their family's assistance.
