Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Because this is fundamental research, the subjects will be 18 to 25 year olds, who are likely to have completed their physical growth and are therefore unlikely to be showing any age-related decline in mental and physical functions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with orthopedic diseases, neurological diseases or their sequelae, or those with medical risks such as heart disease will be excluded from the study.

MeasureTime frame
We will use a CPR training doll and feedback device to assess performance in terms of chest compression depth and rhythm, and we will also measure self-efficacy using the JMIQ-R motor imagery ability scale and a 7-point Likert scale.
