Interventions

Participatns attend 12 sessions of the Pair Go program once a week for 90 minutes per session.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 65 or more, being able to perform daily living activities independently, having no experience in Go

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: medical and psychiatric disorders affecting cognitive function, visual or hearing loss affecting daily life, diagnosis of dementia
