Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 900 cases admitted to our hospital with COVID-19 from March 2020 to September 2022

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Seven suspected cases, 31 close contacts, three false positives, and 19 cases after release from quarantine were excluded.
