Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male students who belong to the soccer club in Toin Yokohama University. 2.Participants who can obtain data from GPS or Participants who can participate in the survey 3.Participants who received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of the exam, have the capacity to consent, applied with free will with sufficient understanding, and agreed to participate with a written document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who may experience allergic reactions to the components contained in the test food. 2.participants whose physical activity is restricted due to injuries. 3.participants who do not have comparative data between pre-intake data of the test food and post-intake data due to injuries or other reasons. 4.participants who are on medication due to gastrointestinal disorders.
