Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults who are non-smokers and non-medication users 2. Individuals who have received a full explanation of the study, fully understood the explanation, and agreed to participate in the study in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who smoke and take medication 2. People who have been advised by a doctor to stop exercising due to injury
