Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women with no physical disability were targeted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those experiencing pain in the lumbar or shoulder joint at the time of measurement. Or pain occurs before the measurement.

MeasureTime frame
The short side of the smartphone is placed on the spinous processes of (1) th1/2, (2) th12/L1 and (3) L4/5. The thoracic kyphosis angle was defined as (1) + (2) and the lumbar lordosis angle as (2) + (3). To assess reproducibility, one of the examiners measured once, and a second measurement was taken four hours later. Another examiner also took a measurement at the second time. Measurements with a smartphone and an analogue level were carried out on a separate day.
