Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are physical therapists working in a clinical setting at the time of participating in the research 2. Participants who can engage in this study using a PC or tablet, which includes communication with the researcher via email, Slack, or Zoom 3. Participants who can work on understanding medical articles with or without translation software.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have published quantitative studies as the first author, including systematic reviews, randomized controlled trials, cohort studies or case-control studies 2. Participants who are unable to engage in learning using online educational materials
