Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 65 years or older 2) Those who live at home 3) Independent in activities of daily living 4) Those who have agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have been advised by a physician not to exercise
