Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with intracranial aneurysm or subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to Saitama Medical University International Medical Center. Data of cases with intracranial aneurysm or subarachnoid hemorrhage held by BioBank Japan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without history of oral medication.
