Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After screening participant who showed mild to moderate close of Depression and Anxiety are included. Both male and female students are involved. Age range is between 16-21.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All those students who did not complete the assessment tool was excluded from the sample. Any physical condition that would be impede participation in the interventional programmed.
