Koji Awareness movement improvement exercises - corrective exercises for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 50 men and 50 women who are able to complete the questionnaire and physical function assessment (Koji Awareness)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have restrictions on exercise due to some disease.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Labor productivity (The Single-Item Presenteeism Question), back pain symptoms (NRS), quality of life (SF-36), and Koji AwarenessTM will be measured before and 8 weeks after the intervention.
