Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: untrained healthy young adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are performing vigorous exercise training; were taking anti-hyperlipidemic, anti-hypertensive, or anti-hyperglycemic medication; or had joint disorder, or mental disorder are excluded from this study.
