Building Self-Esteem Among Adolescents

Interventions

Experimental group received Intervention about Addressing Self-esteem. This group received education about Self-Esteem in 7-8 sessions. Each session was 40-45 minutes. Control group act as a waitlist.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After screening, adolescents with low self-esteem who have cut-off score below 15 in interventional program were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any physical disability or psychological distress were excluded. Participant who already receive intervention program for self-esteem enhancement were also excluded.
