Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 65 years old or older 2) Gender: any gender 3) I or no problem with independence in daily living for elderly with dementia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who refused to participate in this study 2) Those who had significant visual or hearing impairment 3) Those who need acute medical management 4) Those who are in the terminal stage or receiving palliative care 5) Those whose native language is not Japanese 6) Those who have difficulty in completing the questionnaire due to cognitive impairment such as dementia or higher brain dysfunction

1) Basic information (age, gender, weight, main illness, presence of psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety, independence in daily living for the elderly with disabilities, household, percentage of long-term care insurance, etc.) 2) Charlson comorbidity index 3) Physical function (degree of walking independence) 5) Social support (short version of social support scale) 6) Affinity motivation scale 7) Questions about group rehabilitation (whether group rehabilitation is desired or not)
