Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were eligible for inclusion if they met all of the following criteria: age between 18 and 29 years and asymptomatic tightness in the hamstrings of the dominant leg (lag > 20 degree) on the Active Knee Extension Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trauma to the hip, knee, or back; diagnosis of low back pain; previous hamstring injury; history of any neurological disorder; and recent stretching maneuver.
