Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy university student

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who have pain that interferes with their daily life 2. those who have typical physical dysfunction such as paralysis due to cerebrovascular disease 3. those with a history of surgery that significantly affects the movement of the spine or hip joint, such as spinal fusion or hip replacement surgery 4. those with significant deformity of the spine 5. those with cognitive decline 6. pregnant.
