Inclusion criteria: All patients who underwent immediate free-flap reconstruction after head and neck tumor ablative surgery at our institution between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) tumor resection performed by non-head and neck surgeons, (2) secondary reconstructions, and (3) reoperations
