Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who fulfill all of the following criteria are eligible for the study. (1) Patients diagnosed with chronic or acute coronary syndromes who have coronary lesions indicated for PCI (2) Patients who have calcified coronary lesions treated by IVL with OCT/OFDI assessment (3) Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of informed consent (4) Patients with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who fulfill any of the following criteria are not eligible for the study. (1) Patients unable to undergo OCT/OFDI assessment of the target lesion during PCI (2) Patients deemed inappropriate by the investigator(s)
