Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who visited the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Nagasaki University Hospital between June 1, 2008 and March 31, 2023, and underwent resection with a clinical diagnosis of tongue leukoplakia and a histopathological diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with insufficient information due to poor documentation in the medical information record. Cases that are not squamous cell carcinoma.
