Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who are engaged in truck driving 2.Those who have decided to participate in the sleep program of their own free will 3.Those who have fully understood the content of the research and have given their own free consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have been diagnosed with some kind of sleep disorder
