Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having received outpatient physical therapy at least once a week. Able to perform household walking without manual assistance, regardless of the use of walking aids or orthoses. Consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Habitually engages in swimming as a deliberate form of physical activity. Motor impairments, cognitive decline, and mental disorders that interfere with the ability to operate physical activity monitoring devices and reliably record factors associated with physical activity levels. Inappropriate patients due to other reasons.

Information obtained from interviews: patients' perspectives on the causes of day-to-day step count variability, the needs of patients for outpatient physical therapy services to increase their levels of physical activity. | — |
