Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Persons receiving medical examinations at Asahi University Hospital, Kameoka Municipal Hospital, Shin-Oyama Municipal Hospital, and Takata Central Hospital 2) Persons who can obtain consent to participate in the research of their own free will from the individual via the application. (iii) Age: 20 to 90 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant 2.BMI less than 22 kg/m2 3.Diabetics, kidney disease patients, and others who need to follow diet therapy under the guidance of a physician 4.People whose attending physician deems it inappropriate
