Inclusion criteria: The diameter of bile duct stone <8mm age 18 to 99 years old Normal or Bil-1 anaotomy obtained informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgical altered anatomy excluding Bil-1 The diameter of bile duct stone over 9mm ECOG PS 4 Bleeding tendency Intrahepatic bile duct stone Invisible of bile duct stone under cholangiogram
