Inclusion criteria: Occupational therapists who have at least five years of experience in providing occupational therapy to hospitalized heart failure patients, and who are still providing occupational therapy to hospitalized heart failure patients on a daily basis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons deemed unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator
