Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are over 18 years old and healthy males.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are prohibited from exercising by a doctor. Subjects who take supplements ,functional foods or medicines in order to improve of muscle. Subjects who regularly undertake resistance training.
