Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female basketball players who are affiliated with a university in Gunma Prefecture, or female players who are inexperienced in overhead sports who are affiliated with a university in Gunma Prefecture. [Experienced athletes] At least three years of competitive experience. Activity level is defined as being involved in club activities or a club team at least three days a week, with 2-3 hours or more of activity time per day. [Non-athletes] Overhead sports are defined as sports that include overhead movements, such as baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, basketball, etc., and participants must have no experience in these sports, or have played them for less than one year prior to the year prior. 2) Participants must have read the explanatory document and can give their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who have had an orthopedic disease of either the upper or lower limbs or trunk within the past three months. 2) Subjects whose exercise during the measurement period has been restricted by a doctor due to an injury or disability (fracture, dislocation, rotator cuff injury, etc.). 3) Subjects who have read the explanatory document and are unable to give their informed consent.
