Three 120-minute online sessions, applying the principles of user-led research, will be conducted approximately once a week. A one-month non-intervention period is established, and equivalent sessions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Families who have experienced the NICU hospitalization of a child due to preterm birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Families who have experienced their child's hospitalization in NICU for reasons other than preterm birth.
