Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: midwives

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have difficulty understanding Japanese. Those who have difficulty attending educational programs on-line. Those who have never had or will never have the opportunity to work with pregnant women as a midwife.
