Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A person between the ages of 18 and 39 years old (2) Persons with a family member within the third degree of kinship who has a diagnosis of depression based on DSM-5 diagnostic criteria (3) Anyone caring for a family member with depression (4) Persons who have the ability and environment to use the Internet and computer to receive distance family psychoeducation using a videoconferencing system

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The research subject himself/herself is undergoing treatment for a mental illness (2) A person who has a serious progressive physical illness and is expected to discontinue the study; or (3) Those who are judged by the investigator to be unable to continue the study.
