Inclusion criteria: healthy individuals, non-smoker

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: take medications and an allergy for cacao

MeasureTime frame
Measurements - dynamic cerebral autoregulation (Middle and posterior cerebral arterial blood flow velocity) - cerebral and peripheral vascular endothelial function (Internal carotid artery and brachial artery) - Neurovascular coupling (cerebral blood velocity and oxygenation) - Cognitive functions (memory and executive function) - Mood (Mental fatigue and ability to concentration etc.) These measurements will be measured after a single intake of flavanol-rich cocoa.
