Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women from 16 weeks of pregnancy to 1 month postpartum with lumbar back pain or pelvic girdle pain without any pregnancy or postpartum problems.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancies 2. Subjects who already exercise regularly 3. Subjects who are diagnosed with severe perinatal or postpartum depression
