Inclusion criteria: Patient: Mentally disordered offenders Concept: Healthcare shared decision-making, autonomy, treatment, management, statement, directive, agreement, recovery, empowerment, readmission, arrest, criminal behavior Context: Forensic psychiatry Studies published in peer-reviewed journals. Studies published as research papers which enabled to obtain a full text. Studies published in English or Japanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Studies targeting the child and adolescent field studies Studies targeting dementia field studies Studies without offenders not eligible for treatment in forensic psychiatry Studies that are not survey research.
