Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age range is 14 to 16 years, attendance and no history in sports clubs during the research, no participation in other injury prevention programs, and the absence of any special medical history such as anesthesia or vertigo or a history of musculoskeletal abnormalities, such as a history of fractures, systemic diseases, or surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: causing pain in any part of the body during the exercise in such a way that the person is not able to cooperate, lack of mutual consent of the subjects and their parents to participate in the research and failure to complete the tests (post and pre-test).
