Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes who were administered imeglimin 1,000 mg twice daily between November 2022 and January 2024

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had already been administered imeglimin at the initial consultation Patients discontinued treatment or were transferred to other medical institutions during the observation period Patients with eGFR of <45 mL/min/1.73 m2 at the initiation of imeglimin
