Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Men and women who are at least 18 years of age and who are engaged in daily employment (2) Those who can cooperate in collecting fecal samples and providing them as specimens (3) Those who can respond to the paper-based dietary survey (4) Those who can respond to the online psychological testing (5) Those who can perform the breathing and posture improvement exercises specified by the institute.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Students who are not employed on a daily basis (2) Those requiring continuous medical treatment
