Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who undergo hemodialysis over 90 days. 2.Those who use local anesthesia tape for puncture pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have dementia. 2.Those who have so sensitive skin that iced water cooling is not recommended. 3.Those with sensory disturbance in upper limbs. 4.Those whom responsible doctors consider as inappropriate participants

Cross-over analysis of treatment effects(visual analog scale(VAS)) is evaluated between ice water group and control group.
